Returns are NOT accepted and underwear cannot be withdrawn for health reasons and for hygiene reasons based on GREEK LAW 2251/1994(3.12.e.).
NO changes are made in socks, tights, bodysuits, underwear, suspenders, bras, baby doll, bodysuits, as well as bodysuits (tights), as well as in string swimsuits.
NO changes are accepted on white or light colored products (e.g. yellow, beige, off-white, pink, etc.), including swimwear.

NO changes / returns are made to the offer products.


Users have the right in all other cases (i.e. except for products that are excluded for health reasons) to return the products, free of charge and without justification, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products by a) shipping of the returned product unused, just as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift that may have been included in the address: with an accompanying signed letter from the user or b) with personal return and change to the store at the same address. In case the extra gift is not returned, then return is not accepted.

In the sub-case (a), the user is charged only the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the returned products are in the same condition in which they were received by the user, i.e., their packaging has not been unsealed or tampered with and in any case should not have been used and their packaging should be the same. accompanying the product (including labels / tags with the usual indications / price of the product that must not have been removed from the product). The products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase and delivery documents (e.g., Delivery Note, retail receipt, etc.).

Furthermore, product returns are accepted in the following cases:

In case of incorrect execution of the order from the Website, i.e. sending the wrong products or products of poor or defective quality.

In case the product has a defect of operation or quality which is covered by the product warranty.

In the above cases the following apply:

Products must be returned within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unused, just as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift that may have been included. In case the above does not apply on return or the extra gift is not returned, then the return is not accepted.

The product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt, or invoice). If the purchase was made by credit card, the original of the clip issued by the bank terminal must be displayed.

Following the withdrawal statement, and if the above-mentioned conditions are met, we are obliged to return the price we received within 5 working days from the receipt of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. The refund to the customer is made by Bank deposit in the customer’s account in the Banks that cooperate with us (In case of non-keeping of an account in one of the cooperating Banks, the shipping costs to another Bank, are charged to the customer). In case of debit by credit card as follows: in case the price has been paid to our business by the Bank until the withdrawal and return of the item, we are obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any action provided based on the contract he has drawn up with the client. Following this information, we have no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract.

In case you receive a defective product, let us know as soon as possible about the product and the problem that occurred. If it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we undertake to receive it and replace it at our own expense.

In case of proven fault of the site, the cost of the return is borne by the site and the user has the option to choose whether he wants a refund, a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product or the re-shipment of the order. In this case, the collection of the product is done from your place by the courier company that we cooperate with.

You have the right within 10 calendar days if you change your mind and wish to return the products purchased from our online store provided that they have not been used are in the condition received, complete and without damage, their packaging is the one that normally accompanies them and is in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.) upon delivery. In this case, the Customer bears the costs of packaging and shipping the products to the company.


The cost of return-change of the product has a surcharge of 5€.

The Website may modify its return policy by announcing the relevant new terms on its Website.

If the Website deems that the user abuses the right of return (e.g. returns repeated products) or acts in bad faith it has the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
